We are a faculty that trains professionals with high research initiative, leadership in values and innovation, with a disruptive professional character, that presents proposals for solutions, that develops a culture of resilience in its different sociological relationships, in the organizations that it develops functionally or with entrepreneurial dynamism.

To train professionals in Management Sciences, with specialization in Marketing, Business Administration and Public Administration; professionals who are integral, critical, creative, innovative, capable of successfully managing organizations in a changing and globalized environment, with highly qualified and skilled instructors.

Objectives

1. Develop knowledge and skills in fundamental business administration topics such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, etc. through a solid and updated curriculum.

2. Encourage students' research skills through projects, theses and internships focused on real organizational problems.

3. Integrate cutting-edge technologies in the programs and teaching methods to develop digital competencies applicable to the corporate world.

To have a network of agreements and alliances with companies in various sectors and regions of the country, allowing graduates to develop their careers nationally.

Strengthen the academic quality of the Business Administration career through:

Permanently updating the curricula in order to maintain current contents in line with the needs of the business environment.
Incorporating innovative teaching approaches and methodologies such as active learning, projects, simulations and the use of digital technologies.
To have a qualified faculty composed of full-time professors and guest professors with recognized management experience.
